Accessibility is a design constraint here rather than an afterthought. This page records what that meant in practice.

What we have done

• Content is readable without JavaScript, and the site can be navigated by keyboard alone.
• A skip link jumps to the main content, and interactive elements show a visible focus outline.
• Headings run in a meaningful order, and landmarks identify the navigation, main content and footer.
• Body text meets the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratio against its background.
• Text reflows at 320 pixels wide and zooms to 200% without loss of content.
• Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology, and no meaning is carried by colour alone.
• Animation is limited, and switches off entirely where the operating system requests reduced motion.

How accessible we think it is

We believe this site is substantially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We assessed it ourselves rather than commissioning a formal third-party audit, so we would genuinely like to hear about anything we have missed.
